Supporting our Community
In 2022, JY Group committed 1% of its net profit to charitable causes, focusing exclusively on supporting organisations within the communities where the group holds property investments, thereby creating meaningful societal impact.
Beginning in 2023, JY Group pledged to increase its charitable contributions by an additional 0.5% of net profit annually, maintaining this commitment until the group ceases operations.

Note: The net profit share pledge applies solely to JY Group’s asset management business and its own property investment income. This commitment does not affect our co-investors.

Heartfelt
Heartfelt is a volunteer organisation of professional photographers dedicated to giving the gift of photographic memories to families who have experienced stillbirth or have children with serious or life-threatening illness.
Heartfelt is dedicated to providing this gift in a caring and compassionate manner, with all services free of charge.
Vicinity community grants
The Vicinity Community Grants Program provides financial support for local community groups to develop and deliver programs, events and initiatives aimed at developing community resilience and connectedness in order to enrich the experiences of our communities.
Our Community Grants Program will be seeking initiatives focused around four key areas: Youth engagement and youth underemployment, Environmental rejuvenation, Education and Community wellbeing. We believe that shaping our precincts to be inclusive will enhance wellbeing. Creating a sense of belonging and opportunities to connect is how we create shared value across our communities.
