Who we co-invest with

JY Group’s co-investment model focuses on ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families (Ultra-HNWIs). Our co-investors typically have net wealth over US$50 million.

Our co-investors are based all around the world including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Mainland China, Japan, Korea, the Middle East and the UK, among other areas.

BEDROCK OF THE FAMILY PORTFOLIO

We help our Ultra-High-Net-Worth Co-investors to invest in prime real estate property to diversify outside of shares and bonds. Co-investments with JY Group have become the bedrock of their family portfolios because:

INFLATION PROTECTION
History has repeatedly proven that real estate is an effective hedge against inflation. Commercial rents grow faster in inflationary settings.

VOLATILITY HEDGE
Our private commercial real estate does not suffer from daily price fluctuations as shares
and bonds do. This provides much-needed stability to the portfolio of our co-investor families.

CAPTIAL GROWTH
As an asset class, real estate in sought-after metropolitan areas have generated significant capital returns over time, which help our co-investors achieve long-term financial goals.

MONTHLY CASHFLOW
Our investments provide predictable monthly cashflow in volatile market conditions.

DE-CENTRALISED & AUTONOMOUS CO-OWNERSHIP MODEL

What makes JY Group unique is our co-investors have the rights to participate in the management of the investment. Our co-investors can vote on material decisions affecting our investment. Bring your commercial acumen and business network to the table.

Find Out How We Make Decisions Together

Whilst day-to-day management of property is delegated to external property managers and asset managers (who typically are also required to co-invest with JY), our co-investors are eligible to nominate Directors to the Board of the Investment Entity and participate in all material decisions as co-owners.

How we buy

In real estate investment, choosing the right opportunities and timing acquisitions are crucial to achieve successful outcomes.

We utilise advanced data tools and technology to perform systematic digital analysis of the real estate market, property locations, asset types, and targeted investment areas.

Through technology-driven investment decision-making, we efficiently evaluate numerous opportunities, actively identify undervalued markets, neighbourhoods, and land plots, and accurately assess the risks and potential of each investment. This approach enables us to select the most promising investment targets with confidence.

By introducing new data dimensions and refining our analytical methods, we continuously test and evaluate investment performance. This approach allows us to adapt to changing market conditions in real time, ensuring our acquisition strategies remain dynamic and responsive.
